“ Ordered food for delivery, 3 miles away took only 25 minutes to cook and deliver. You know the food is good when you’re writing a review and you haven’t even finished the food yet. Clam cakes were phenomenal. Crispiest food i’ve ever received from delivery. Amazing portions. Food is really good. Not soggy at all. Amazing 10/10 experience i will 100% order again. This was my first time trying this restaurant and it did not disappoint. ”
“ I have never had a disappointing meal. The food is delicious and the service is great, whether you eat in, take out or have delivery. Highly recommend. ”
“ First time eating here and I must say it will not be my last. This restaurant is conveniently located15 minutes from my house and the food is outstanding along with the host and chef who both welcomed us upon walking in. Our food and drink order was taken very fast and just as fast as it was taken our food was out in front of us ready to enjoy. I could not find one complaint about our food or drinks it was all made perfectly. I highly recommend stopping in and giving the cove surf and turf a try if you have yet to you will not be disappointed. ”
“ My 88 year old sister moved to Virginia and was missing fried clams, thanks to Cove Surf and Turf, I was able to send fried clams to her and made her dreams come true! Awesome service. ”
“ A nice local place with the expected New Bedford seafood plus plenty of other interesting menu items. I really like local places and this fits the bill. Friendly staff and a good menu. Seating is basic and a bit limited, but they do take reservations. Against our better judgement ;) we just had to try the Titanic Seaford Platter. It was more than enough for two. I had a good variety of seafood and was well prepared. Next time we will try one of the specials. I grade on a curve. If you like this type of place, it's a good one. ”
“ Enjoyed a great meal of swordfish with broccoli and a side salad. The fish was nicely done while the steamed broccoli was just right and the salad was fresh and tasty. My wife enjoyed her fish as well. The atmosphere was quiet and the service was great. ”
“ I love cove, their kale soup is absolutely delicious and if you get anything that has clams, you will not be disappointed. And now they have a new item is scallops wrapped in bacon. Oh my God they are so good thank you I really enjoyed my meal. ”
“ I really enjoy their seafood and outdoor seating. The food is always good. In my opinion, best clam cakes in New Bedford. The fries are really good, too. Even better is that they give you complimentary clam cakes instead of bread, chips and salsa, etc. Update: 9/9/23 I still enjoy eating here. I love the clamcakes and chowder. The cocktails are really good, too. I enjoyed my Mai Tai. We sat outside even tho it was hot. We enjoy the patio area. Location is nice as it is by a scenic harbor walk and ice cream place. Added more pictures. The stuffed quahog or "stuffie" is a must-have. It has linguica and an extra kick to it without being too spicy. ”
